What to expect when you come to AnaV’s
When booking with a certificate, please note, you must have the code or print your coupon. When you arrive to your makeup class you must buzz the intercom to be let up in the building Buzzer code (press number sign)#101, come up to the 1st floor in the elevator to suite 101. Please arrive only 10 minutes early to find your seat, get set up with your tools, and take off your previous makeup (please don’t come to early since teacher is preparing the class from the previous one).
If you are late more than 10 minutes you will lose your ticket and won’t be able to participate in the class.
When you purchased your ticket you didn’t pay Tax therefore we must collect the Tax in cash only, at the time of your appointment.
The Tax is 12% on the discounted rate. Tips/Gratuity can be paid at your discretion, it is very similar to the service industry 10% 0r 15%.
If you decide to bring a friend last minute we can offer your guest a discounted rate as well.
Please bring your mascara to the lesson, no other makeup is necessary, feel free to bring any of your makeup/tools to ask question or learn how to use them.
